Jan 28...I got an early birthday present from a friend, a Sigma 90mm 1:2.8 Macro. This lens gets nice and close, not a 1:1, but reasonably close, gives good detail and very nice bokeh.
For a reason I can't articulate the blackberries do it for me. I think it is the light being only on the berries and that the colours don't fight each other....will try and think more on this one cause the others are great too (although I think the rose might be slightly out of focus )....I think it is the colour contrasts...not sure
Thanks Suellen. Yeah I think the rose is slightly out myself, but I like the softness of the shot. The blackberries is an intriguing shot isn't it? :-)
