Scarf was in a playful mood and decided she liked one of my writing pads.

June 18

I actually took quite a few different images today, ranging from macro to landscape, but I found that the landscape images did not please me at all.  I did however find the macro images very nice.  The colours and focus seemed spot on while the landscape images just seemed bland and uninteresting.

June 17

The empire Hotel and the railway station in down town Queenstown.  A couple of local monuments.

I didn't take too many shots this day and out of the ones I got this was the only one I liked enough to post.  Not 100% happy with it but I do like the colour.

June 15

Went to Nelson Falls and then out to Mt Huxley.  Both places were spectacular.  the water flowing over the falls was perfect for photography, not too much that you get spray but enough to get decent shots.  Frenchmans Cap was clear and covered in snow.  A beautiful sight most days, but better with snow on it.

June 14

I went out to Lynchford again this day.  There are a few sheds out there and these images are from one of them.  I was fascinated by the textures and light and shadow.

June 13

I didn't go anywhere on this day, I had my head in the books.  I did take a couple of breaks though and got some images of Scarf and the amazing skies at sunset.
